Alpha Access
Welcome to the alpha testing phase of the Conversational AI ("Alpha Service") developed by Eleven Labs Inc. and integrated into Academiaai.io as PERSONA-AI-AGENT ("we," "our," or "us"). This Alpha Access ("Terms") supplements the existing PERSONA-AI-AGENT Terms of Service and governs your access to and use of the Alpha Service. By participating, you also agree to the Prohibited Use Policy and Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict among these documents, the following order of precedence applies: (1) these Terms, and (2) the Terms of Service. If you hold an existing Services Agreement with PERSONA-AI-AGENT, these Terms supersede that agreement concerning the Alpha Service.
The terms “you” or “your” refer to the individual user or the associated business. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
By accepting these Terms or using the Alpha Service, you confirm your agreement. Should you lack authority or disagree, you are prohibited from using the Alpha Service. These Terms prevail over any other agreements with PERSONA-AI-AGENT during the alpha testing phase.
The Alpha Service allows for testing and evaluation of its functionality, performance, and usability. By using the Alpha Service, you acknowledge it is in development, may contain defects, and is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranty. PERSONA-AI-AGENT reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at its sole discretion. You assume full responsibility for any costs, including internet fees, device repairs, and data recovery. PERSONA-AI-AGENT is under no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Please do not submit any personal information in connection with the Alpha Service. Any inadvertently provided information will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
PERSONA-AI-AGENT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Alpha Service solely for testing. You agree not to:
All intellectual property rights remain with PERSONA-AI-AGENT.
Your feedback is vital to improving the Alpha Service. All feedback becomes the property of PERSONA-AI-AGENT, which may use it without compensation to you.
Confidential Information includes all aspects of the Alpha Service and related interactions. You agree not to disclose or use Confidential Information outside the purpose of these Terms and to maintain its confidentiality as you would your own.
The Alpha Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the extent permitted by law, PERSONA-AI-AGENT disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. The Alpha Service may produce incomplete or inaccurate results that do not reflect PERSONA-AI-AGENT's views.
PERSONA-AI-AGENT’s maximum liability under these Terms is limited to $100.00. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PERSONA-AI-AGENT from claims arising from your use of the Alpha Service, content, or breach of these Terms.
By using the Alpha Service, you grant PERSONA-AI-AGENT the right to use any input, content, or feedback for development, safety, and compliance purposes. You represent that your content complies with all laws, and you possess the necessary rights to authorize its use.
These Terms apply upon acceptance or first use of the Alpha Service and remain in effect until terminated by either party. PERSONA-AI-AGENT may modify, limit, or terminate your access at its discretion without liability or prior notice.
PERSONA-AI-AGENT may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the Alpha Service constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
